'Easy Read' Version of Cumbria Learning Services Positive Risk Taking Policy. This document contains pictorials as it is for people with learning disabilities and people that help them "Risk assessments were never meant to stop people from living their lives. They were meant to help everyone think together and take steps to cut down on the risks so that you can live your life and be part of your community." this policy may be useful starting point when talking about change and doing different things... like coming to the farm.

BiLD Fact sheets  BILD is the British Institute of Learning Disabilities. It aims to get want people with learning disabilities to be valued equally, participate fully in their communities and be treated with dignity and respect. They also campaign for proper funding for support for people with learning disabilties.
