Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is My Step Up free?

My Step Up is a social enterprise, a not for profit paid service. We wish we could run it as a free service but at the moment, it’s impossible. Please get in contact with us to find out daily rates.

We use our income to pay for staff insurance, improve our current services and add new activities for our clients. We continue to bring new animals to the farm and we’re planning to renovate a new building in the near future.

Q: Is there funding available?

Yes. Most of our clients use Direct Payments, funding available from the council. Contact us and we can explain more.
